Working with Rhenium

Clear scope.
Clear responsibilities.

Start with an assessment, a project, or specialist support for your team. The engagement defines the work, the people, and the outcome before delivery begins.

Discuss an engagement

Getting started

From the first conversation
to a useful handoff.

01 / DISCOVERY

Share the context.

Discuss your environment, the challenge, business impact, internal resources, and timing.

02 / SCOPE

Agree on the work.

Define deliverables, exclusions, pricing, responsibilities, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.

03 / KICKOFF

Prepare for delivery.

Confirm the engineering contacts, approved access, communication rhythm, and change process.

04 / HANDOFF

Verify and document.

Review the results, transfer the documentation, and agree on remaining actions or ongoing support.

Support expectations

Define the coverage
before you depend on it.

Each support agreement specifies covered systems, service hours, severity definitions, response targets, escalation contacts, and customer responsibilities.

After-hours coverage, incident-response assistance, and vendor coordination are discussed explicitly during scoping. Existing customers should use the support channel in their agreement for active issues.

Can we begin with one project?

Yes. An assessment, deployment, migration, or integration can be scoped as its own engagement. Continuing services can be considered around your needs.

Will you work with our internal engineers?

Yes. We define where your team leads, where Rhenium contributes, and how decisions and technical handoffs will work.

How are pricing and timing determined?

The proposal reflects the agreed systems, complexity, deliverables, access dependencies, and service coverage. Pricing and timing are established before work begins.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

A high-level environment overview, the platforms involved, the problem or planned change, and any important deadlines. Sensitive configuration evidence can be shared through an approved process after scoping.
